Company History

Since 1990 Julie and Tom Laudano have been owners of Aquatic Pool & Spa Service.  The business began in Durham at the Laudano home with one van and one employee. Previously, Tom spent many years in the pool industry honing his craft so that Aquatic Pool & Spa Service would be the best of the best.

Very quickly the business outgrew the Laudano home and the couple moved their headquarters to Northford, where they rented space. Word quickly got out about their level of professionalism and dedication to getting things right and their customer base continued to increase. In 2003, they broke ground in Northford for a new state-of-the art store. The store was designed with the customer in mind and offers a vast array of pools, spas, patio furniture, fencing and landscape design items. Recently Aquatic has begun to offer cabanas, which can be built to almost any specification.

Today, through the dedication and determination of Tom and his crew, Aquatic Pool and Spa Service has earned a reputation for knowledge, attention to detail, expertise, care and concern.

Aquatic’s team of 40 employees matches Tom and Julie’s philosophy of giving the best possible service. You will not find a more supportive team of experts willing to go the extra mile.
