Steve Plant - Foreman/New Construction
Steve has been with Aquatic Pool & Spa for 18 years. As the foreman for new construction, he oversees the installation of inground pools and the construction crew. He maintains the liaison between customers and Aquatic and works to problem-solve any situation that could possibly arise. Steve has a strong background in the pool and spa industry. He has gone to BioGuard Chemical School, Teledyne Laars Heater School, Retainer Wall School and My Blue Pool Heat Pump School. |

Dan Christoforo - Director of Service
For 13 years, Dan has overseen all the service scheduling and the day-to-day activities at Aquatic. He is responsible for all hiring of service employees, as well as quarterly reviews. Dan writes all the service work orders and above ground pool proposals. He teaches one-on-one above ground pool training to employees and is someone that is constantly called on to help on the sales floor, or anywhere there is a need for his services. Dan has a B.S. from Central Connecticut State University and has been to BioGuard Chemical School. He has also taken a Watkins Sales Master Course.

Nick Carbone - Assistant to the Service Department
Nick has been the right-hand man to Dan Christoforo for 6 years. He makes sure the floor, warehouse and showroom are stocked and in order. He handles the shipping and receiving and is the “go-to” man for customers looking for parts or who have any technical questions. Nick has been to BioGuard Chemical School. |

Brian Watson - Assistant to the In-Ground Sales
Brian works directly with owner Tom Laudano during each inground pool project. He works with the local towns and health departments, obtaining all necessary, required permits. Brian works with customers who are looking to replace their inground pool liner or other restoration projects. He coordinates all warranty claims with the appropriate manufacturers and coordinates the scheduling of any outside contractors.
Brian is the person customers deal with during their initial inground pool appointments and he is also the person who will instruct them on the care and maintenance of an Aquatic pool. Brian has been with Aquatic for over 5 years, but has been in the pool industry for over 25 years.

Glenn Garrison - Manager of Sales for Above Ground Pools
Glenn has 35 years experience in the pool industry and his knowledge and expertise are a wonderful resource for customers of Aquatic Pool & Spa. Glenn has worked for Aquatic for the last 7 years, working with prospective customers, inspecting sites for an above ground pool or spa. He will also look at and advise customers on any existing above ground pool or spa. He will also orchestrate all aspects of above ground pool construction and will work with customers afterwards in the care and maintenance of their pool. Glenn will also assist customers in any repairs that are needed and assist with pool openings and closings. He has his CDL license and has taken courses in heating, spas and pools

Dom Urbano - Service Manager
For the last 10 years Dom has ensured that the service department runs smoothly, as well as handling all the pool service calls that are encountered in the field. He also handles most of the spa service calls. Dom went to Raypak Service Tech. School, Watkins (HotSpring) Service Tech. School, Teledyne Laars Heater Service School and Polaris Service School. |

Maria Plant - General Manager/Store Manager
Maria has been with Aquatic Pool and Spa for 13 years. As the store manager
she oversees the day-to-day store operations in both the Guilford and Northford locations. Maria also plays a role in customer service, answering phone calls, fielding questions and ordering supplies. She is in charge of water testing and analysis, as well as all the scheduling of openings/closings, service calls and the weekly cleaning services. Maria has had training at BioGuard Chemical School and Watkins (HotSpring) Spa School. |

Amanda Carbone - Assistant Store Manager
Amanda is Maria’s assistant, assisting her in all aspects of running the store operations in the Northford location. She has also taken classes in spa sales training and chemical classes. |

Tracy Urbano - Assistant Store Manager
Tracy’s role is the similar to Amanda’s role, however, she works out of the Guilford location as assistant manager. This is a position she has held for the past year. She has been with Aquatic Pools for 4 years. She initially worked in Northford in sales and the water lab. She has also taken classes in spa sales training and chemical classes. |

Ann Podoloff - Bookkeeper
Ann does all the accounts payables and receivables for the company. She is responsible for deposits, payroll and deals with customers who have any billing questions or concerns. Previously Ann was at New England Enterprise (2 years) and HAVAC Control Systems (approx. 8 years) doing bookkeeping. She has been with Aquatic for one year.
